Error description

• Attempts to run a TN3270 test through IBM Rational Performance
  Tester result in  'End of stream not reached'.
  
  The host sends the error right after the client sent the Clear
  key.
  
  You see the error in 99% of the cases.
  
  The full error message is as follows.
  
  Error: The timeout of 10s has elapsed before the end policy has
  completed.
  
  Received 9 bytes 0ms after last byte has been sent
  End of stream not reached
  Response timeout: 10s
