PM51166: Unable to Create 'Implemented By' links from RTC when the module has a view with a Layout column from Analysis Wizard

Error description

• When trying to create an 'Implemented By' link from RTC to a
  DOORS module the following error will be generated if the module
  being linked to has a view with a Layout DXL column that was
  created using the Analysis Wizard.

  Steps to Reproduce
  
  1  Create a module in DOORS with a few objects and some
  links.
  2. Run Analysis Wizard on the module for outlinks.
  3. Save the column created in a new view.
  4. Using RTC add the module under "Associations -
  Implemented By" in RTC Project Area.
  5. Open an existing workitem in RTC and try to add a
  "Implemented By" link to a module object.
  6. The error will be seen when saving the workitem.
  

Problem conclusion

• The OSLC "put" request was incorrectly including Layout DXL,
  which was causing an "Attribute Not Found" error to be
  returned in this case.
  
  Layout DXL is generated dynamically and is read-only, and
  should not have been included in the "put".
