Error description

• Schedule execution with multiple SOA tests can lead to
  java.lang.NullPointerException at
  com.ibm.rational.test.lt.models.wscore.datamodel.message.impl.Me
  ssageUtil.getXmlContentIfExist(MessageUtil.java:43)
  and corrupts the correct execution of the schedule.

  SOA extension tests generates exception when they are
  executed in multi threaded environment ( ie: with a schedule
  with several SOA extension test that will initialize at the
  same time ). The root cause is the EMF initialization that
  needs to be synchronized to avoid a concurrent
  initialization.
