The following error:

Caused by: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Missing message for
key "appinstall.lookup.select"
 at org.apache.struts.taglib.bean.Message tag.doStartTag(Unknown
Source)

is seen when the 'Create publishers' utility is used.

*                      'Create Publishers' utility is used.    *

The JspException was thrown because the UUDI web user interface
component was attempting to display a message using an
incorrect internal message key.

Problem conclusion

The JSP was modified to refer to the correct internal message
key.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.43, 7.0.0.23, 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
