Error description

  • The DOORS Info Center for this section
Configuring ? Configuring the Rational DOORS display? Setting
    your display scheme
states 'You can use the default display scheme for the database,
which is set by the database manager, or a different display
    scheme.'

This statement can mislead one to think that the 'database
manager' is able to define and a new database-wide default
display scheme under the DOORS Database Properties ? General ?
    Default display scheme.

However, you can only use the 4 display schemes listed there:
    Modern
    Classic
    International Modern
    International Classic

You can not use a custom scheme a 'database manager' has defined
in their own Tools ? Options ? Display menu.

It seems that it should be explicitly stated that the only other
'different display scheme' that can be used are customized per
user in their own Tools ? Options ? Display menu and not a
    database wide setting.
