PM46375: copy objects tool reverses the order of copied objects

Error description

• Problem
  Ordering of copied objects is unexpected.
  
  To Reproduce
  - create modules A and B
  - create a hierarchy like this in module A
  
  1. ?obj heading?
  1.1 ?obj text?
  1.2 ?obj text?
  
  - in module B have a few objects with object text only (text1,
  text2, etc)
  
  using drag and drop
  
  - drag and drop all objects (via selection) from module B to
  object 1 in A
  - select copy ? below from the pop up menu
  - the new objects are placed as the children of obj 1 and there
  order has been preserved
  
  This appears to be the 'correct' behaviour.
  
  using 'copy objects'
  
  - select an object in B
  - go to tools ? functions ? copy objects
  - select A as the target module
  - open A and ensure that object 1 is selected
  - for the 'copy' option select 'current display set'
  - for the 'new position' option, choose 'new object below'
  
  - the new objects are placed as the first children of obj 1 but
  their ordering has been reversed
