Error description

• When using IBM Rational ClearQuest or IBM Rational Requisite Pro
  web interfaces, if 'Rational LifeCycle package' or 'Rational
  Lifecycle Package with ClearCase' keys are in use, licenses may
  remain checked out after the user logs out of the web
  interface.This issue can me mitigated by creating an options
  file for the license server, and adding a line reading
  'TIMEOUTALL 900' to reduce the license timeout value and allow
  the licenses to be returned within 15 minutes of the user
  logging out of the web interface. The default timeout is 30
  minutes.
