Error description

• The Change Management integration is looking for the
  DOORS/lib/dxl/standard/changemgntstandard/changemgnt/Utils/ecpsc
  onfigutils.inc
  file in the utils directory of the Interoperation Server
  (Interop) installation, but the name of the directory is not
  utils, it is Utils -- this does not work on Linux, because Linux
  is case sensitive. When this file is not found, Interop crashes
  with errors like this:

Local fix

Problem summary

• The Change Management integration is looking for the
  DOORS/lib/dxl/standard/changemgntstandard/changemgnt/Utils/ecpsc
  onfigutils.inc file in the utils directory of the Interoperation
  Server (Interop) installation, but the name of the directory is
  not utils, it is Utils -- this does not work on Linux, because
  Linux is case sensitive.
  

Problem conclusion

• In DOORS 9.3.0.6, modified all the paths that were using utils
  to Utils.
  

Temporary fix

• There is no workaround for this.
