  URL shown in Module Properties dialog of baseline is incorrect
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a module.
  2. Create a baseline of the same module.
  3. Open the Baseline and navigate to Module Properties. Copy the
  URL.
  4. Try navigating to the URL
