Error description

When an application server that is a member of a Bus that
hosts a running message engine is restarted,the following errors
appear in the systemout.log file of that server:
CWSIP0003E, CWSIT0029I, and CWSIT0028I
These errors appear because of the following exception:
Stack Dump = : com.ibm.websphere.sib.exception.SIErrorException
CWSIP0001E: An internal messaging error occurred in
com.ibm.ws.sib.processor.impl.AnycastOutputHandler,
1:393:1.87.1.1

* USERS AFFECTED:  Users of the default messaging provider     *
*                  for IBM WebSphere Application Server v7     *
*                  and v8                                      *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a messaging engine starts an       *
*                      internal exception occurs within        *
*                      the AnycastOutputHandler class. This    *
*                      error will only occur when there is     *
*                      more than 1 messaging engine within a   *
*                      Bus.                                    *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
If the application connects to a messaging engine (ME) to
receive a message but that messaging enigne does not contain
the queue point then a remote connection is made within the
messaging engine to the messaging engine in the Bus that
contains the queue point. A problem can occur where a
failure within the SIB messagestore causes the runtime code to
assume that update failed.
On startup of the messaging engine is it found that this object
was actually created and results in the following error:
CWSIP0001E: An internal messaging error occurred in
com.ibm.ws.sib.processor.impl.AnycastOutputHandler,
1:393:1.87.1.1

Problem conclusion

This APAR fixes the problem by cleaning any orphaned data
that might be present in the messagestore during startup.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.21 and 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended
