Error description

• Exporting a view with Korean Characters to RQM from DOORS. The
  Characters seem to be corrupted in RQM.
  
  
  This is also reproducible in DOORS 9.3.0.3

Problem conclusion

• This will be addressed in the RQMI 2012 release.
  
  The old point-to-point export functionality is being
  replaced by the RQM "reconcile" mechanism that queries for
  data and pulls it over using the DOORS OSLC RM V2 interface.
  
  The DOORS side export / synchronise option is now redundant.
