  Need mechanism to specify RPT workbench IP to agent
  controller since in some network environments the agent
  can't connect back to the same IP as the originating address
  of the incoming connections.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new option has been added to the
  Window-?Preferences-?Agent Controller, "User specified
  workbench hostname/IP address".  On the agent, the
  UseClientProvidedIP flag needs to be set to true in the
  serviceconfig.xml, for example:

   ?ProcessPolling?true?/ProcessPolling?
