Error description

• Binary requests are not properly handled when executing
  enclosing test suite.
  
  Indeed, the binary content appearing in the 'Source' tab of the
  Test Suit Editor could be ignored and therefore not sent to the
  targeted server.

  During the code generation of an SOA extension test suite
  which contains Binary Calls mapped to a binary file, the
  deployment of the  binary file was not always performed. As
  a result the executed test do not send the binary file as
  this can be observed into the test log.
