PM34826: getRifID doesn't return anything

Error description

• Problem
  getRifID never returns anything helpful.
  
  In the DXL manual it states 'On import, a DXL script is expected
  to iterate through the contents of this folder, merging all
  items which have RIF IDs...'
  
  To Reproduce
   - export then import a RIF package
   - attempt to get the unique ID of one of the imported modules
  e.g. using:
  
  'Module m = current
  
  ModuleVersion mv = moduleVersion m
  print getRifID mv
  '
