Error description

• When DOORS Web Access is enabled, the internal URL referencing
  the requirement is formatted in a different way.
  
  As a result:
  The Rational Quality Manager Integration only works when the
  DOORS server is configured for the traditional DOORS Client.
  DOORS Web Access must be turned off.
  The Rational Team Concert integration with DOORS requires that
  the DOORS Web Access client and web interface be enabled.

  When DWA is installed in the user machine, the requirements
  url changes from the traditional url with 'doors' as
  protocol to new url with protocol as "http" or "https"(based
  on DWA setup). Since the url is used as a unique identifier
  in RQM to store the requirements, the change in URL cause
  requirements to be uploaded again and the requirements in
  RQM that are uploaded from DOORS, loses traceability.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new field is added to the data file (XML) used to transfer
  data from DOORS to RQM while export to hold the URL of the
  requirement. This will be used only for traceability from
  RQM to DOORS. The existing field that acts as the identifier
  for RQM will always contain the traditional URL with
  protocol as "doors".
