PM32624: RTF previously rendered correctly now results in missing text

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Problem
  RTF which contains nested or duplicate header information would
  previously (v9.1) be interpreted correctly. However, in 9.3 any
  text in nested RTF will not show at all.
  
  To Reproduce
  
  With a current object, run DXL such as the following:

  v9.1 would show:
  
  'Some Value  Some other value And some more.'
  
  v9.3 shows:
  
  'Some Value '
  
  Possible Workarounds
  None, but DXL to convert the value may be possible.
  
  Additional Notes
  If the value is saved as an .rtf file it will open successfully
  in Word, but show blank in Wordpad.

  The rich edit control used in DOORS was updated in DOORS
  9.3.
  Unfortunately Rich Edit Control version is depended on
  current release of Microsoft Office, and each new release of
  MS Office introduces new version of RTF.
  

Problem conclusion

• Current build (9.3.0.3) of DOORS was able to handle
  concatenated RTF. The fix implemented deals also with embed
  RTF within other one.
