PM29321: New charsets should be updated in DXL Reference Manual

Error description

• Result of 'print fontTable current Module' in section 'Enhanced
  Character support' of DXL Reference manual should be updated to
  include the following 4 charsets:
  
  {\f1016\fswiss\fcharset134 Tahoma;}
  {\f1015\fswiss\fcharset136 Tahoma;}
  {\f1014\fswiss\fcharset129 Tahoma;}
  {\f1013\fswiss\fcharset128 Tahoma;}
  
  'print fontTable current Module' prints the above 4 additional
  charsets, apart from the ones currently shown in DXL Reference
  Manual.
