Error description

• DOORS crashes with diagnostic logs while trying to filter on
  suspect links for out-links (all modules)
  
  If a module has out-links to a large number of modules which are
  of huge size, filtering on suspect links for out-links (all
  modules), generates Diagnostic logs and DOORS goes into
  non-responsive state.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  - Create a module that has about 2000 out-links to over 35
  modules (each of which is 500M - 1G in size)
  - Click on 'Analysis -> Suspect Links -> Filter -> Outlinks (all
  modules)'
  
  Expected Results:
  Filtered objects should be displayed
  DOORS should not go into non-responsive state
  
  Actual Results:
  DOORS consumes over 99% of system memory, continually generates
  Diagnositc messages and goes into non-responsive state.
  Filtered objects with suspect out-links is not shown.

  The defect was caused by the algorithm of finding suspect
  links. Old algorithm was loading all modules out-linked and
  then performed checking for suspect links. This could use
  huge amounts of memory and in some cases could lead to
  generate "System Memory Exhausted" error message.
  

Problem conclusion

• Proposed solution checks module a time and releases
  resources used after adding objects to filter.
