PM24882: Defect in view access management when edited by Administrator

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Administrator gets RMCA access rights on a private view when
  editing access on view
  
  1) log in as user A, create Private view in a module
  2) then log in as Administrator and open the same module
  3) in the module open the Manage views window
  4) edit the access for the Private view ie editing access for
  user A or adding user B
  5) when clicking apply, a line appears showing that
  Administrator has RMCA rights on the view
  
  When user A then tries to open Manage Views window the following
  DXL error is generated:
  -R-E- DXL: ?standard/access/accessTab.inc:2131? An unexpected
  error has occurred: No access to the administrator account
  But the Access tab for the private view does not now show
  Administrator listed.
  
  If open Manage Views again as Administrator and check the Access
  for the same view, Administrator is listed along with the
  changes that were made.

  The defect was narrowed down to set and unset perms
  inconsistency. It was possible to add users but do not
  delete users from view if some other user had open this
  module for Exclusive write.
  

Problem conclusion

• Implementation of unset(View, username) perm has been
  changed to fix this defect.
