PM22920: managing of a large list of Chinese usernames is not easy: no ordering, no quick find

Error description

• Problem
  Managing large lists of users whos names containg Chinese (or I
  assume Thai, Korean or Japanese) is very difficult due to the
  absence of 2 features :
  
   - the ordering of usernames alphabetically (this is
  understandable given that there is no order to the Chinese
  alphabet)
   - the ability to quickly select the first user beginning with a
  given letter by typing that letter on the keyboard (this is also
  understandable given that characters in Chinese names are not
  the same as those on a Chinese keyboard)
  
  To Reproduce
  Create and attempt to manage a very large list of Chinese users.
  
  Possible Workarounds
  None
  
  
  The Chinese support engineer offered 2 suggestions as ways to
  fix this:
  
   - provide a filter box as is done for LDAP user managent
   - provide the ability to translate multiple Chinese keyboard
  strokes into a single character, then highlight the first
  username beginning with that character.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed and we have a search user option
  in manage users dialog so that user can type full name of
  user.
