PM20776: certain characters do not appear in discussions layout DXL

Error description

• Problem
  When entering backslashes or curly parentheses in discussions,
  these will not appear when you use a Discussion layout DXL
  column to display them in a column. They will appear if you
  escape them using a backslash
  
  To Reproduce
  - create a new module
  - create an object. In place edit on the object text and paste
  the following into the 'comment' field
  
  \
  \\
  {
  }
  \{\}
  
  - add a Discussion layout DXL column
  
  The column which has been created will contain:
  
  \par \
  
  
  {}
  
  The behaviour is similar in the 'summary' field. Entering \{\}
  will give you '{}'. Curly parentheses or backslashes need to be
  escaped to be displayed correctly.
  
  Possible Workarounds
  none really.
