PM20144: exporting particular objects using RPE not possible

Error description

• Problem
  Customer has provided a particulr module which will not export u
  sing RPE v1.1.1.1. When you try, you get
  
  'javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: The element type 'blockquo
  te' does not match the expected end-tag '?/ul?'.'
  
  error message in the Rational Publishing Engine console window.
  
  To Reproduce
  - restore the attached module
  - export using RPE v1.1.1.1
  
  Possible Workarounds
  copy and paste in to another application (Word, Notepad, Wordpad
  ) and then paste back into DOORS. This appears to get rid of the
   'bad' RTF.
