Error description

  • Background:
CQ functionality was added to CCRC client in 7.1.x.

Upon monitoring license consumption it was noted that an
additional user license is consumed for sometimes a long period
    of time.

This is the result of a CQ admin session that is not always
needed, and is not properly released.

This Defect seeks to address this during Login to CQ via CCRC
    7.1.
