PM18324: using specific customer template for word export results in miss ing headings

Error description

• Problem
  If you use the customers template to export to Word, the first h
  eadings will be largely missing (replaced with a solitary letter
   'r').  Subsequent headings may also be missing, and there may a
  lso be other extraneous 'r's e.g. instead of empty object text.
  
  Introduced at some point between 9.1.0.2 and 9.2.0.3.

  Export a module to Word using the attached template.
