PM17185: The initializer list place parent class constructor after the cl ass data member

Error description

• Having a base class and a derived class. The derived class have
  some attributes with initial value for them to come in the initi
  alizer list. Now if the parent class constructor is called, it c
  omes after the attributes in the order. This result in warning.
  
  Workaround
  ----------
  As a workaround the property (CPP_CG:Attribute:InitializationSty
  le) can be used with value 'ByAssignment', this will help in get
  ting the parent constructor called first.
