PM17000: increasing extra space in the drop down dialog for a multivalued attribute when it has larger numbers of values

Error description

• Problem
  With an enumerated attribute configured to be multivalued with a
   default value you can see an increasing amount of white space a
  t the bottom of the dialog when you try to in-line edit the attr
  ibute. With 2 enumerated values, there is no extra space. With 5
   enumerations you see a space that would approximately hold anot
  her enumeration. With 20 enumerations you could hold several new
   enumerations in the white space.
  
  To Reproduce
  - create some multivalued enumerated attributes with differing n
  umbers of attributes (2, 5, 10, 20)
  - display each attribute in a view
  - click on each to bring up the dialog to enter a new value. Not
  e the extra white space at the bottom of the dialog
