PM16147: DOORS doesn't generate XML files for RDS based on FullName.

  As per the report in RATLC01426915, the XML migration in RDS doe
  sn't populate the 'First Name' field for any users. Feedback fro
  m RDS Dev lab (after initial investigation from XML files) is th
  at this 'First Name' field is mapped to 'givenName' XML tag, whi
  ch apparently DOORS doesn't generate in the XML files.
  
  I looked at the export83To92.xml file and found the following de
  fects.
  
  1. It doesn't have a function to generate 'givenName' XML tag
  2. It doesn't generate the 'sn' field or surname correctly.  As
  you can see below (extract from the code), the parameter/value p
  assed to populate surname is username and not fullName.
   string sname = surname(username)
  
  I have modified the script (not sure if am allowed to do that :-
  )) to include the above changes. I have tested this and it works
   fine. Now it generates the givenName and sn appropriately.
  
  The XML migrated data in RDA shows up both First Name and Last n
  ame field appropriately.
  
  Please let me know if I can pass on the modified code to Custome
  r.

  made from the DOORS side to establish and migrate the user
  first name.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so that the first name tag of the
  user is migrated.
