PM12637: exception when inheritting views from a view which has custom ac cess rights

Error description

• Problem
  When you try to inherit settings from a view which has custom ac
  cess (rather than public or private), you will get an exception
  and DXL error when you try to save the view.
  
  To Reproduce
  - create a module
  - add some objects
  - add a column called 'aaa' where the access is set to public
  - go to 'manage views' and change the access of 'aaa' so that it
   is RMCDA for everyone
  - return to the standard view
  - save a view called 'bbb' which inherits settings from 'aaa'. M
  ake sure that it is set to 'public'

  Possible Workarounds
  Save it as a private view and manually change the ACLs.
