PM11918: DXL attributes in modules displaying trace information prevent t he exporting of a RIF definition

Error description

• Problem
  Customer has a problem while exporting a project to RIF, the err
  or 'could not export open module '?Link module name?' ' occurs d
  uring the export. You can then see a lock on the link module. Af
  ter all this, if you try to quit DOORS you get an EXCEPTION_VIOL
  ATION error. This seems to be caused by a layout DXL converted i
  nto a DXL attribute. If you remove the DXL attribute the export
  works fine.
  
  To Reproduce
  - create a source and target module
  - link from source to target
  - using the analysis wizard in the target module, report on inli
  nks from the specific source and link modules. Display only the
  obj identifier
  - convert the layout DXL to attr DXL. Save.
  - remove the layout DXL column
  - insert your newly created DXL attribute in a column and save a
   view called 'RIF'
  - close all open modules
  - create a RIF definition in the parent project
  1) Create the RIF definition with source module + current versio
  n + no lock + Standard view
  2) Create the RIF definition with target module + current versio
  n + no lock + RIF view
  3) Create the RIF definition with the link module
  - export the REF definition
  
  Error: 'could not export open module 'DOORS Links''

  Exporting a RIF definition fails with an error:
  Could not export module "xxxxx" - module is currently open
  
  or:
  Could not export open module "xxxxx"
  
  This happens if the Project that the RIF definition is
  stored in is not the current Project.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed RIF export to use the correct Project for the
  definition instead of the current Project.
