Error description

• Option chosen when creating RIF definition: 'Locks for local dat
  a: Lock attributes' In this mode, DOORS allows object deletion a
  nd creation in the target database where certain attributes are
  allowed to be edited. When the package is returned after creatio
  n/deletion to the home database and merged, the deletions are no
  t merged where as the new objects created are merged.
