PM10496: REMOVING SOME TYPES OF OLE OBJECTS DOES NOT REMOVE THEM FROM THE DATABASE FILE SYSTEM

Error description

• If you create an OLE object in an object with no other text in
  it, subsequently removing it will not purge the deferred data
  file. This results in orphaned data files and could potentially
  lead to problems like backups taking longer than they should do.
