PM10061: Cannot select next item using alphabet keys from drop-down list in New Column dialog box

Error description

• While selecting an attribute from the list in 'New Column' dialo
  g box, DOORS does not highlight the second element starting from
   same alphabet while using keyboard for selection.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  - Open a module.
  - Select 'Insert -? Column'
  - Click on the drop-down box of Attributes.
  - Hit on L key. 'Last Modified By' is selected.
  - Hit on L Key again. 'Last Modified On' is NOT selected.

  Selecting an attribute by pressing a letter (under Tools -?
  Filter -? Define, activating the "Attribute" pull down) no
  longer moves from attribute to attribute, for those
  attributes that have the same first letter
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to allow multiple attributes with
  the same initial letter to be selected in the attribute
  pull-down menu.
