PM09856: DXL error while saving a module

Error description

• DOORS throws DXL error, when you already have one module opens w
  ith ?Manage View? option window open, then you open another modu
  le (after getting the alert saying the lock for the module is av
  ailable), you make some changes to the 2nd module and try to sav
  e.
