Error description

  • 22127
    When a Word document is exported to DOORS, the Visio diagram in
    the document is exported as an OLE but, creates an image that is
    visible, and also a ghost image which is blank in the same
    object.

    When exporting data from Word to DOORS that contains OLE
    objects, there were occasions when OLE objects would be
    exported twice, one of the instances being a blank OLE.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The control used for handling editing in DOORS, which
    includes OLE handling has been updated. This has resolved
    this issue
