PM05368: DXL bug in toolbar creation

APAR status

Error description

• The DXL function
  
  void toolBarComboAdd(DB, int, string)
  
  does not work as expected.
  
  The function call
  
  toolBarComboAdd(tb, n, txt)
  
  is documented as adding element txt to the nth item in toolbar t
  b, which
  is expected to be a pull-down 'combo'.
  What happens is that the element is always added to the 0th tool
  bar
  element.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The toolBarComboAdd perm always adds entries to the first
  drop-down list in a window instead of to the intended list.
  

Problem conclusion

• Previously, the toolBarComboAdd perm always added entries to
  the first drop-down list in a window. This no longer
  happens, and the perm now adds entries to the correct list.
