Error description

  • If you have saved a view in a session, subsequent attempts to op
    en the Manage Views dialog will not show you any progress as the
     dialog opens. The client appears to briefly hang.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • If you have saved a view in a session, subsequent attempts
    to open the Manage Views dialog will not show you any
    progress as the dialog opens. The client appears to briefly
    hang.
    

Problem conclusion

  • If you are using RDS, and you have a module with a large
    number of views, each containing a number of ACLs, there is
    no longer a performance issue when opening the Manage Views
    dialog box.
