PM04427: Certain DOORS modules (that save quickly in pre-9.2.0.1 clients) take 13 - 15 min. to save in 9.2.0.1 and later

Error description

• After upgrading the IBM Rational DOORS client to 9.2.0.1, certai
  n modules may take a lot longer to save than they did in earlier
   versions, due to a change made in 9.2.0.1.  The modules affecte
  d have objects with a lot of rich text.  DOORS needs to loop thr
  ough the rich text characters and if there are a lot of them, th
  is will take some time, resulting in the save delay.
  
  The save delay has been observed in modules using the deprecated
   'RTF Pict' attribute.  If this attribute contains a lot of RTF
  text (on the order of millions of characters), the save time may
   increase to 10+ min. in the DOORS 9.2.0.1 and 9.2.0.2 clients.
  
  Possible workarounds:
  1. Remove the RTF Pict attribute from the affected module to spe
  ed up save times in the 9.2.0.1 and 9.2.0.2 DOORS clients.
  2. If the RTF Pict attribute cannot be removed, don't upgrade th
  e DOORS client to 9.2.0.1 or 9.2.0.2 -- you can still upgrade th
  e DOORS server.
