Error description

    - cust want to change sizes of single OLE objects from DXL
    scripts
    - he uses string oleSetHeightandWidth( Attr__, int height, int
    width, int index)
    
    However, all OLE objects contained in the attribute value for
    the selected object are changed if and only if 0 is passed for
    'index'.
    No OLE objects are changed if any value differing from 0 is
    passed for 'index' (at least tested for -1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 0x10,
    0x20, 0x40, 0x80, 0x100, 0x200, 0x400, 0x800, 0x1000, 0x2000,
    0x4000, 0x8000).
