  The login_history.txt file uses timestamps from the local
  client machines time zone. This affects the readability of
  the file which may lead to confusion and since the file can
  be used for auditing purposes, this is not ideal.
  

Problem conclusion

• The time format used to determine the time when creating log
  entries has been changed so that the time sequence makes
  more sense.
