Closed as program error.
CR# 53459 Problem: In DOORS 9.2, creating a link from an object updates the 'last modified by' and 'last modified date' for the object. That did not happen in previous versions when 'Generate history for..' was unchecked. Steps to reproduce: -In DOORS 8.3/9.1: -created a module with 3 objects as the Administrator -went to File-?Module Properies -? Unchecked the link history box: 'Generate history for...' -logged in again as another user, and created a link between 2 objects -checked the module properties, attributes 'Last Modified By' and 'Last Modified On' does not change However, in DOORS 9.2: -performed exactly the same steps above and the attributes 'Last Modified By' and 'Last Modified On' did change
No known workarounds
Prior to DOORS 9.2 versions, when you chose to switch off history for links, history was still being updated.
