  Steps to reproduce
  
  1. In MS Word, import a document which has an image into DOORS
  2. In imported DOORS Module, open a module
  3. There is a blank space above imported image from MS Word
  
  DOORS 9.1 and MS Word 2003
  

Local fix

  Please, do following steps in your DOORS client PC.
  1. Open following directory and find out a file
  Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft
  Shared/Office11/RICHED20.DLL
  2. Make a copy into $DOORSHOME\bin directory
  3. Try importing again.

  When exporting data from Word to DOORS that contains OLE
  objects, there were occasions when OLE objects would be
  exported twice, one of the instances being a blank OLE.
  

Problem conclusion

• The control used for handling editing in DOORS, which
  includes OLE handling has been updated. This has resolved
  this issue
