Local fix

• Go to Tools > Options > Settings and change the Web browser path
  to absolute path to iexplore.exe
  (c:\program files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe)

  When the 'Reviewers can edit CPs check box' on the Change
  Proposal System window is cleared, you cannot now use the
  scroll bar to read the full contents of an object.
  When opening any link that needs iexplore.exe, it gives the
  following error:
  Failed to start browser. Is your browser configuration
  correct:%programfiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
  
  This is as a result of the system not recognizing the
  variable %programfiles%
  

Problem conclusion

• The DOORS system was changed to allow the system variable
  %programfiles% to be recognized
