Problem Description
original documents with text using a hanging indent
 (where the first line is shifted left) characters are offset to
the left.
In DOORS 7.x this was either ignored or handled correctly. When
migrated to DOORS 8.x or 9.x, this tag is either now honoured or
handled incorrectly.
The display of this text in a column appears truncated, or about
the first 1/2 inch cut off
