PI98740: NEW ITEMS CREATED IN COGNOS ANALYTICS CANNOT BE FOUND IN SEARCH UNTIL AFTER A RESTART OF THE CONTENT MANAGER (MODULES, FOLDERS)

Error description

  • New items that were created in Cognos Analytics by the users,
    cannot be found in using Cognos Search until after a restart of
    the Content Manager.
    An example of this would be creating a new Data Set in Cognos
    Analytics, then attempting to use the Data Set to create a Data
    Module.
    
    The reason for this is that during the load of Cognos Analytics,
    after the loading of the objects, the Index thread stops and no
    new items will be indexed.
    
    In the cogaudit.log, an error message will be found:
