Error description

  • Issue 1:
    List of schedules and upcoming/past/current runs dont show up.
    This happens when you use low resolution e.g. 1366 x 768 or make
    a browser window smaller. The working work around is to change
    browser zoom (either in or out). The list pane apparently does
    not fit to window automatically and changing zoom makes it
    refreshed. The issue occurs regardless of internet browser and
    compatibility view settings.
    Issue 2:
    Sometimes the list of schedules and upcoming/past/current runs
    is incomplete. We have not identified any particular
    reason/situation when and why this happens. Starting new session
    of Cognos usually helps. The chart does not show anything and
    the stauts of the runs is undefined.
