RDz 9.5.1 Zunit fails with error 'CRRZT0041E' when generating
test case for a COBOL member which contains non-unique
declarations.

The following error message is shown:
"An error occurred while opening the test case Entry Editor

Reason
CRRZT0041E The model could not be read from

com.ibm.etools.zunit.exception.ZUnitException: CRRZT0041E The
model could not be read from L/zUnitTempProject/source/TEST.cbl,
exception
[java.lang.RuntimeException: CRRT0044E Non-unique "DD-2" found
while importing.]."

Problem summary


    

  • Zunit fails with error 'CRRZT0041E' when generating
test case for a COBOL member which contains non-unique
declarations.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This error comes from COBOL importer since it does not allow
non-unique declarations.
zUnit has been corrected so that the file contains parameter
declarations only could be consumed by the importer.

The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.9 Fix Pack which
is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
