PI98454: FILTER CONDITION DIALOG SEARCH IS UNPREDICTABLE

Error description

• When searching for items in the new filter dialog, what you type
  is submitted automatically. This causes timing issues when
  searching where if you type in additional characters too fast
  while it already searching for the previous character(s) you
  entered, the search may not return accurate results.
  
  Furthermore, if you search for a value with a space in it, the
  search will treat each half (before and after the space) as
  separate search strings.

  - open for editing the file
  <install>/webcontent/bi/pat/DefaultSettings.xml and look for the
  setting called SearchDelimiterSelectValues
  - the default delimiter is space i.e. <setting
  name="SearchDelimiterSelectValues" defaultValue="delimiterSpace"
  dataType="enum" profile="true">
  - change the attribute value defaultValue="delimiterSpace" to
  one of the other 4 enumeration values:
  defaultValue="delimiterComma", defaultValue="delimiterPlus",
  defaultValue="delimiterTab", or defaultValue="delimiterNewline"
  - save and close the file and restart the product
  Then, a search on "Colorado Spring" will return only "Colorado
  Springs"  instead of "Colorado Springs" and "Springfield".
