  A potential increase in deployment time might be noticed after
  upgrading to 9.0.0.7 or 9.0.0.8 caused by APAR PI89708.
  The algorithm used in that APAR was not efficient and could
  cause an increase in deployment time.  The expected increase
  is less than 1 percent.
  

Problem conclusion

• The algorithm is improved, and there should be no increase in
  application deployment time.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended
  Updates
