PI98347: PERFORMANCE ISSUES OBSERVED WHEN MORE NUMBER OF SCENES ARE ADDEDTO STORY.

Error description

• Creating a story with more number of scenes cause performance of
  Cognos portal to degrade. If more number of scenes are added to
  a story gradually and objects/visualizations are dragged into
  the scenes then after about 10-11 scenes the portal becomes very
  slow to respond. Post that, when further objects are added to
  scenes then the dragging action itself becomes very slow and it
  lags.
