• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After running the RIT tools/ISO20022XSDDownloader script to
  download the ISO20022 schemas, the catp type does not show in
  RIT.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Run script tools/ISO20022XSDDownloader/startup.bat
  2. Open a project in RIT
  3. Navigate to Schema Library and click ISO 20022
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  A catp folder is shown.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  
  The catp folder is missing from the list.
  

Local fix

• Treat the catp.8.*.*.xsd as a general XSD schema in Schema view
